Parsnip Pieces (1-4 mm)

Parsnip Pieces originates from parsnip from the food industry. It’s a co-product released during the processing of food grade parsnips. Once the parsnips are washed, they are sorted. The off-spec or off-sized shaped parsnips are separated and collected. Then sliced, air dried, ground and sieved.
